    Sensex falls! But these stocks gained over 10% on BSE

    In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red in today's trade.

    NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Monday.

    These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Paramount Cosm(14.38%), Anand Rathi Wealth(13.55%), India Finsec(12.14%), Jayaswal Neco(11.64%), Akashdeep Metal(10.64%), G G Automotive Gears(10.50%), Ddev Plastiks Ind(10.29%), Quint Digital Media(10.17%) and Igarashi Motors(10.14%).

    The 30-share Sensex ended 247.01 points down at 82253.46, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 67.55 points down at 25082.3.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 22 stocks ended in the green, while 28 stocks closed in the red.

    Meanwhile, stocks such as Looks Health Services, Amal Ltd, JP Power, Anand Rathi Wealth and G G Automotive Gears hit their fresh 52-week high, while Pooja Entertainment & Films, IEL Ltd., Mipco Seamless, Capital Trust and Pankaj Piyush touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
